Which players Earned a Spot in Troy's English Top-Flight Weekly Best XI?

After each set of Premier League fixtures this season, sports analyst Troy Deeney will reveal his select Team and Head Coach of the Week.

Below are this week's selections. What are your thoughts? Tell us using the feedback form below.

Goalkeeper

Guglielmo Vicario (Spurs): Even though finishing on the losing side against the Blues, his teammates let him down. He faced 18 attempts, nine on target, with an expected goals of over three for the visitors yet he kept them in it. He never gave up for his side.

Defenders

Nico O'Reilly (Manchester City): This youngster is frightening. Naturally a central midfielder, he slots in intelligently at full-back. His display in the win against the Cherries was impressive, establishing him as a future star.

Gabriel (the Gunners): A persistent threat, he contributed to another clean sheet for his club. He is a handful from set-pieces, and his presence was decisive in the triumph at Burnley. Opponents clearly fear him.

Jean-Clair Todibo (the Hammers): Selected for a couple of factors: his team's victory and his composed, confident display. Although Newcastle were not at their best, he excelled in possession and calmed things down. After a few uncertain weeks, he appears to have improved under manager Nuno Espirito Santo.

Ryan Sessegnon (Fulham): He sparked the team in the win over Wolverhampton. Excellent in attack and consistent all season, he's found the net to his game. Great to see him healthy and playing.

Midfielders

Moises Caicedo (Chelsea): The sole midfielder no one can dispute. Absolutely pivotal for Chelsea, he was the best ball-winner. An energizer, he pushes everyone forward. Arguably the best holding midfielder in the game.

Declan Rice (the Gunners): Another key display versus Burnley. A dominant force, he netted and shines from set-pieces. As they face lesser teams, he recovers stamina and makes more attacking runs. Important to see him let loose.

Ryan Gravenberch (the Reds): He advanced, getting a goal against a poor Villa team. His skill to control the game on and off the ball, plus his vision and tackling, made him key to the victory.

Forwards

Diego Gomez (Brighton): He netted two goals versus Leeds, and his style was graceful gliding past defenders. Moving quickly and strongly, he was preferred over teammate Danny Welbeck for this spot.

Erling Haaland (City): What more can be said about the machine? Every time he broke through, a goal seemed certain. He never looked like missing. The King has returned. After off-season chatter about other strikers, the Norwegian dominates. He could break goal tallies this year.

Rayan Cherki (City): Operating as a right winger is his ideal role. Incredibly ambidextrous, uncommon since Santi Cazorla. He takes free-kicks equally well. A skilled player, he looks sharp post-recovery. His link-up with Haaland is evidently why he was signed.

Gaffer

Nuno Espirito Santo (West Ham): If you missed it, just watch his celebration the third goal versus the Magpies. It demonstrates how much it matters for him and the squad. He's aware West Ham are under pressure, yet they must get through and secure results.
